Design/Build Construction of 127,000 sq ft new pre-engineered metal building and associated site work. The major portion of the building is a warehouse for manufacturing lines complete with loading docks.

Also included is a 13,000 sq ft two story office space complete with restroom, locker room, and breakroom.
