New Design-Build 63,000 sq ft facility to combine multiple civil departments including; Perry County Sheriff Department, Perryville City Police Department, County Courts, Coroner, Jail Facilities- including pre-fabricated secured jail cells, Clerk offices, 2 Court Rooms and more.

Along with the modern visual pieces of design, this project featured rammed aggregate piers, full basement plus two stories, secure entrances including vehicular Sallyport, room for expansion, and best of all; the unification of both City and County departments under one roof.
