This 90,000 sq ft project is a new Primary Center that has educational facilities for grades Pre-K thru 2nd grade for the Perry County School District.
The main floor is approx. 54,000 sq ft with 20 classrooms, a media center, music and art rooms, and 4 large collaboration spaces. The main floor also includes the administration offices, and full-service kitchen/cafeteria with serving and seating space.
There is an 8,000 sq ft FEMA rated shelter attached near the administration area that is also finished out as a gymnasium.
The lower level is 28,000 sq ft with 12 classrooms and room for future expansion. There is an elevator to allow access to both levels. The exterior of the building is a blend of brick and burnished stone, with a few areas of prefinished metal panels.
