Location: Van Buren, MO
This project consisted of reconstructing this iconic riverfront destination after the original structure was destroyed by fire in 2021.
As Construction Manager, we led the successful reconstruction in two phases.
Phase 1 included the construction of the Moonshadow Lodge—a 7,000-square-foot, three-story stand-alone hotel featuring 18 guest rooms.
Phase 2 involved the build of Rosecliff Lodge—a 16,000-square-foot, three-story multi-use facility that houses 21 hotel rooms, a bar, outfitter store, guest check-in/ float trip registration, offices, and expansive decks with scenic views of the Current River.
This revitalized popular destination spot now blends comfort and functionality while preserving the spirit of the original landmark.
